- Able to handle responsibilities for managing cusotmer queries complaints in voice process (inbound and outbound)

- Handle and resolve customer complaints queries over phone

- Provide good feedback to the team leaders about our company products

- Able to work both day and night shift

- Good sluggish communication skills required with English, Hindi Language

- Age less than or equal to 28 years

- Graduates in any discipline

- 0-2 years of experience in call centers handling domestic and international customers
