Service Desk Analyst (for Voice Process): Inter & above with minimum 1-4 years experience. Good Knowledge on Operating Systems(OS), Hardware and Networking and MS Applications is desirable.
Customer Support Engineer (for Voice Process): Engineering Graduates (BE / B. Tech any branch with 0-1 year). Good Knowledge on Operating Systems, Hardware, Networking and MS Applications.
Customer Care Representative (for Non-Tech Voice Process): PUC & above with minimum 0-4 years' experience. Multitasking and coordination skills. Team Player. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Outlook etc.)
Mandatory for all above positions: good Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Willingness and ability to work in shifts (24x7). All these positions are based at Bangalore and Hyderabad.
